Called up Singtel to ask for vouchers just few minutes ago...
And guess what??? They only offer me $40 cos my average spending on Singtel subscription is only less than $40... WTF right???
I asked for more (like $100) and the CSO says the most $50 off on the first month subscription... might as well don't give... I haven't even complain much about the weak signal by Singtel, lagging networks and no-signal days where I'm unable to call out and retrieve sms...
Even M1 bothers to waive off about 5-6 months of my mobile broadband subscription when the device was faulty... Ok, I had to make a big scene there lah... but at least they pacify me with the subscription waiver...
