A CHANCE FOR ME TO CAST THE VOTE!!!
Finally, after 19 years of walkovers by the PAP, there's a Party willing to contest against the PAP...
Hurray!!!
The Opposition Party contesting with PAP for Marine Parade GRC will be NSP (National Solidarity Party). Although I wished the Opposition Party contesting to be WP (Workers Party)...
But nevertheless, NSP seems to come as strong as WP... having read their manifestos... the news about their rallies... etc...
For me, I'm a pro-Opposition, definitely against the PAP... for the obvious reasons:
- I see that PAP is wasting our money all the time... look at my estates nearby, you'll see frequent makeshift construction sites around doing nothing for many years, and there's really no renovation or repair works going on nearby...
- The MP never visits us before, except for this year when we have to cast our vote...
- Inefficiency and inconsistent in their work, especially when it comes to money matters... they actually make me pay up extra tax after their tax audit, BECAUSE they found out they make a mistake of calculating the amount that I'm supposed to pay, then they give me warning letter because they never checked in the first place! So end up is my fault???
- Our ministers are so highly paid... because Singaporeans pay for their salaries!
- CPF education loan from parents also want to calculate interest to repay back, so ridiculous!
- Transport fares go up, cost of living goes up, even ministers salary goes up... but why our salary never goes up???
- So many foreigners... abnn, at, atb...etc... how to feel clean, green and safe in Singapore???
Just read the Saturday Straits Times... and in it, MM Lee was saying the residents in Aljunied will regret voting for WP... is this a threat or you are instilling fear into the people?
I just wanted to say this: PAP don't own Singapore... and neither do Singapore belongs solely to PAP... don't govern Singapore like a company where the ministers pay keeps going up, and then we have to keep paying more taxes, gst, transport fares just to feed you to govern our country...
*CAST YOUR VOTE WISELY*
